All prices are exclusive of VAT. Travel expenses outside Wales may apply for on-site delivery. Volume discounts are available for organisations booking three or more programmes in a calendar year. We also offer a not-for-profit rate — contact us for details.

We recommend booking at least four weeks ahead for Starter workshops and six to eight weeks for Professional or Enterprise programmes. This gives us time to conduct a thorough needs assessment and customise materials. However, we do accommodate shorter lead times when capacity allows — just get in touch and we will do our best.
We accept bank transfer (BACS), company credit card and purchase-order arrangements for larger organisations. A 30 percent deposit secures your booking date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the programme begins. Enterprise clients can request net-30 invoice terms subject to credit approval.
Absolutely. The Professional and Enterprise tiers are designed with modular flexibility. You might combine two days of leadership development with one day of negotiation skills and two days of digital literacy, for example. We work with you to sequence modules in a way that builds progressively and reinforces learning.
Yes. All of our programmes can be delivered virtually via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or your preferred platform. Virtual sessions are capped at slightly smaller group sizes to maintain interactivity. Pricing for virtual delivery is the same as in-person, though you save on any venue and travel costs that would otherwise apply.
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations between 7 and 21 days incur a 50 percent charge. Within 7 days the full fee applies, though we are happy to reschedule to a mutually convenient date at no additional cost.
